- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He may be okay if you want your toe nails cut, but I had a sports injury to my Achilles Tendon. I was told it was inflammation or a partial tear. No kidding, that is what I made the appointment for, good guess. Okay, how about an ultra-sound or MRI to diagnose the extent of the injury and a prognosis for recovery? No way, I got a prescription for Motrin.and a bill for....... $144.00. I wanted information on rehabilitation therapy, how to prevent further injury via preventative measures and bracing, taping etc. The response was bland. I had to ask specifically regarding even taping. He said to run one piece of tape from the heal to the calf, no further instructions as to what position should the foot be in when I do this taping. No demonstration like, here let me show you how to tape this to prevent further injury. No look in his eyes like he cared. Just come back in 2 weeks and bring in grandma for the toe nail clip. Sorry I won't be back! I was looking for an expert and this was honestly the worst doctor visit I've ever had the pleasure of wasting my time with.
